Little Knights (4-6 Years Old)
Little Knights is a fun, structured chess programme designed to build strong foundations for young learners. Through three progressive levels, children master piece movements, learn simple strategies like capturing and defending, and explore essential concepts such as openings, checks, and checkmates.
Engaging activities help develop confidence, focus, and early problem-solving skills—all while having fun with chess.
- Little Knights 1 – Mastering Movements
In this foundational course, children learn how every chess piece moves and discover important skills like castling. Lessons are hands-on, engaging, and designed to build confidence in coordinating pieces on the board. Perfect for young beginners starting their chess journey. - Little Knights 2 – Strategies of Play
Kids take the next step by learning how to capture and defend pieces through simple strategy-based activities. They begin to understand planning, decision-making, and cause-and-effect on the chessboard. A great progression for players ready to think beyond basic movements. - Little Knights 3 – Chess Fundamentals
In this level, children explore basic openings, how to give checks, deliver checkmate, and safely escape from checks. They develop early tactical awareness and learn the foundational concepts that shape real gameplay. Ideal for young players becoming confident, independent thinkers in chess.
