Chess Grande team tournament
A team tournament for players born in 2014 or later, with individual entry at S$50 or complete four-player team entry at S$170. Individual entrants will be grouped into teams by Chess Grande.
This event accepts players born in 2014 or later, including players who are already 12. Individual entrants pay S$50 and Chess Grande will group them into teams of four. Complete teams pay S$170, must provide a team name, and enter four players in board order. All four players must be present for the full tournament. The captain plays on board 1. The event is not FIDE-rated; enter an existing FIDE or federation ID and rating, or NIL where none exists.

The tournament is a six-round, non-FIDE-rated Swiss team event played under the FIDE Laws of Chess.
Four boards
Every complete team has four players in fixed board order. Chess Grande will form teams of four from individual entries.

Both captains are responsible for checking and submitting the official match result.

Parents and food
Only registered players may enter the tournament area because there is no spectator space. Parents and accompanying guests are encouraged to use nearby cafés, restaurants, or shopping areas while waiting. A tea break is scheduled at 13:00; participants should make their own meal arrangements.

All players must be born in 2014 or later. Players who are already 12 are eligible. Teams comprise four players. Complete-team registrations must provide a team name and fixed board order. Chess Grande assigns individual entrants to teams; payment records an individual entry but final team assignment is communicated separately. FIDE Laws of Chess and organiser instructions apply. Mobile phones and electronic devices are prohibited in the playing hall, and the Chief Arbiter’s decisions are final.
